Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf on Wednesday called for a reassessment of traditional warfighting concepts to keep pace with the evolving nature of modern conflicts, underscoring the importance of technological advancement. strategic adaptability to address emerging maritime security challenges.
