Australia captain Josh Inglis tried to stop the bleeding with some impressive strokeplay. He struck Nahid Rana for a four with a cover drive followed by a powerful square cut over wide third. Cameron Green launched Tanvir twice for huge sixes over midwicket, but the left-arm spinner had the last laugh.
Tanvir had Inglis caught by the cover sweeper in the 18th over followed by Green giving him a simple return catch. leaving the prospect of Australia being bundled out.
However, Labuschagne and Bartlett put together a strong recovery. Bartlett took Taskin for a six. a four in the same over, before Labuschagne tickled Rana through square leg for his first boundary. He followed it with a pick-up over mid-on against Mehidy Hasan Miraz then a neat tickle through third man.
